- Affordable Monthly Rent – currently just £800 per month.
- New Lease Available – The landlord is willing to offer a new lease to a suitable buyer, subject to satisfactory references and agreement on the final terms.
- Two Allocated Parking Spaces – two rear parking spaces are included under the existing lease; arrangements for a new owner are subject to agreement with the landlord.
- Customer Parking – convenient parking directly outside the premises.
- Business Rates – We currently pay no business rates. Whether a new owner would qualify for business rates relief will depend on their individual circumstances.
- Established Takeaway Premises – existing kitchen, customer counter, service area and seating for up to six customers.
