This website, morethansushi.uk, is operated by Yuchun Grady and Michael Grady, trading in partnership as More Than Sushi, located at 291 Wallisdown Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 5BT.
The website is used to advertise the sale of the business and allow prospective buyers to make enquiries.

Information We Collect
When you complete our enquiry form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number, if provided
- The information you include in your enquiry
If you respond to our advertisement using a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we receive your name, email address, telephone number (if provided) and your answers to the form’s questions, such as your catering experience and when you are hoping to buy.
Our website hosting and security services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the website. If you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads also collects information about your visit, as explained under “Cookies and Similar Technologies” below.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide further details about the business and arrange viewings.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in managing enquiries relating to the sale of More Than Sushi.
With your consent, we also use advertising cookies to measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
We do not use your enquiry information to send unrelated marketing messages.
How Your Information Is Stored and Shared
Enquiries made through our website are stored securely through our WordPress website using Fluent Forms, and email notifications are sent to our Gmail account. Enquiries made through Facebook or Instagram lead forms are held by Meta, and we access them through our Meta business account.
We use the following service providers, who process information on our behalf:
- Hostinger – website hosting and content delivery.
- CookieYes – our cookie consent banner, which records the choices you make.
- Google – Google Ads advertising measurement, set up on our website through Google Site Kit, and Gmail for receiving enquiry notifications. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta – Facebook and Instagram lead forms. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
These service providers may process information on our behalf, including outside the UK, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
We do not sell prospective buyers’ personal information.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We normally retain enquiries for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an ongoing transaction or legal obligation.

Advertising measurement (only with your consent)
We advertise the sale of More Than Sushi using Google Ads. If you accept advertising cookies, the Google Ads tag on our website, added through Google Site Kit, sets the _gcl_au cookie (about 90 days) and sends information to Google. This shows us whether our adverts lead to visits and enquiries – for example, it records that an enquiry form was successfully submitted. We do not send your name, contact details or the contents of your enquiry to Google.
Google may also set its own cookies, and may add you to lists of visitors to our website that could be used to show our adverts to previous visitors. We do not currently use these lists in any advertising campaign. Google’s use of information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode, through Google Site Kit, to tell Google whether you have accepted advertising cookies. Until you accept, or if you reject, Google’s advertising cookies are not set and no enquiry conversions are sent. Google’s tag still loads and sends a limited signal without using cookies, showing that a page was viewed and your consent choice, together with standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
Managing your choices
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom left of every page.
